     Deer Steaks

Ingredients
tenderized deer steak
self-rising flour
butter
milk
3 eggs to 1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Beat steaks until thin.
Season flour with salt and pepper.
Dip steaks inn flour then into eggs beat with milk. Dip again into flour. Brown in butter.
Once all browned, place back in skillet, cover with lid. Turn low and cook until tender.
