Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
|

|
|
Place the unseasoned roast in a baking dish. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast. Pour in the Coca-Cola.

|
|
Cover and seal tightly with aluminum foil. Place in oven and cook until tender.
|
|
|
|
Time will vary with size of roast (A 4 lb roast will take 3 1/2 hours to 4 hours to cook.)
