     Venison Stew

Ingredients
2 Tlbs cooking oil
2 lbs venison stew meat
3 large onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tlb Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 tsp dried oregano
1 Tlb salt
1 tsp pepper
 
3 cups water
7 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cold water
Bottled browning sauce, optional

Instructions
Brown stew meat inn cooking oil; drain.
Mix flour with 1/4 cup cold water and set aside.
Mix all other ingredients, then add stew meat. Add flour and water mixture until desired thickness.
Simmer on stovetop for 2 hours or cook inn slow-cooker for 6 hours.
