1 large onion

1 pkg Taco seasoning

2 cans whole kernel corn, drained

2 cans stewed tomatoes

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed

2 cans red beans, drained
|

corn chips

Instructions |
|
|
Brown groung chuck and onion; drain.
|
|
|
Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add vegetables and cheese and simmer.
|
|
|
Serve in bowl filled with corn chips and top with sour cream.
|
