     Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lump crab meat
1/4 tsp celery seeds
1 chicken bouillon cube or 1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules (preferred)
1 cup boiling water pepper to taste
3 TBS. chopped onion 1 to 2 cups milk
2 TBS. butter 1 cup cream
chopped parsley
3 TBS. flour
 

Instructions
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add dissolved bouillon and water. Add milk and cream; cook until thick stirring often. Add crab meat, heat through. Garnish with parsley.
