     Caramel Corn

Ingredients
6 quarts popped corn (not microwave)
2 sticks of butter
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Syrup
1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
 

Instructions
Put popped corn into large baking pan or dutch oven. In heavy saucepan, combine all other ingredients and cook until mixture is heated and sugar is dissolved. Pour over corn and stir to evenly coat. Place in a preheated 200-250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour onto wax paper to completely cool. Store in air tight container.
