Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients
-
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
-
 1/3 c. milk
-
 1 tbsp garlic salt
-
 1/4 tsp black pepper
-
 1/4 c. chopped oinion
-
 2 c. cooked rice
-
 1 1/2 lbs ground meat (i use turkey)
-
 6 slices American cheese
-
 1/2 c. bbq sauce
 
Instructions
Combine eggs, milk, garlic salt, pepper, onion, rice and meat. Mix thoroughly. Press about 1/2 of mixture into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Place cheese on meat. Spread remaining mixture on cheese. Make sure that cheese is completely covered.
Spoon bbq over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until meat is done. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
