     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
 
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
Instructions
Beat together eggs & sugar. Add oil & vanilla & stir well.
Add flour; b. soda; b. powder; salt & cinnamon. Blend & add zucchini & then nuts.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
