     Dry Comal Creek Tarragon Chicken Salad

  2007 Bone Dry French Colombard

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cups red grapes, halved
1 stalk celery, fine chop
1/4 tsp each salt, pepper & garlic powder
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lime or lemon juice
1-2 tsp dried tarragon or fresh finely chopped
 

Instructions
Mix together and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve on crackers or as sandwich. Makes 2.5 cups.
