     McReynolds Winery Maureen's Pizza Soup

2 cans (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes w/ roasted garlic (not drained)
1 14 1/2oz can beef broth
8oz diced pepperoni sausage
1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lg green pepper, diced
1 lg red onion, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
1 cup McReynolds Winery Merlot
1 tbls Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine all ingredients, except the cheese in a crock pot. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Ladle soup in to soup bowls; top with cheese. Serve with crusty garlic bread and more red wine.
