     Crumble-Top Pumpkin Muffins

4 Cups Bisquick (baking mix)
1 Cup raisins
2/3 Cup quick oats
2/3 Cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 can (30 oz) Libby's pumpkin pie mix
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs
Struesal topping (recipe below)

Preheat oven to 400F. Paper-line or grease 24 muffin cups or 3 bread pans.`
Combine baking mix, raisins, oats, sugar, and spices in a large bowl. Combine pumpkin puree and eggs in a medium bowl; mix well. Sitr into oat mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups or pour into bread tins until 3/4 full. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans to wire rach; coll slightly, serve warm
STREUSEL TOPPING- Combine 3 Tbl all purpose flour, 3 TBL granulated sugar, and 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in 2 TBL butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly.
