     Becker Vineyards Grilled Salmon w/ Herbs d'Provenc

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Salmon filet or Salmon steaks
1 tsp of Becker Vineyards Herbs d'Provence
Salt to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Sprinkle the Herbs d’ Provence on the Salmon. Lightly oil grill grate. Place Salmon on preheated grill. Cook 6-8 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 6 servings.
