Comfort Cellars Poached Salmon Texas Style

Ingredients
-
2 lbs fresh salmon, cut into 4 equal portions
-
1 whole orange, sliced
-
1 whole lemon, sliced
-
1 whole lime, sliced
-
8 each whole clove spice
-
1 cup Jalapeno Wine
-
1 cup water
 

Instructions
In large saucepan, add wine, water, sliced fruit and clove spice. Bring liquid to a simmer. Add salmon and cover pan. Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until salmon easily flakes apart with fork. Serve over rice pilaf.
