Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
To make icing, mix 1/2 cup butter and 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1 1/3 cup icing sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and frost cake while warm.
