Prepare grill for cooking. slit potato at 1/4-in intervals. do not cut all the way through. Place onion slices in between each slice in potato. Place 1 tbsp of butter on each potato.
In small bowl, mix together seasoned salt, garlic powder, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes. Top with mushrooms.
Wrap potatoes in double layer of regular foil or heavy duty foil. cook in covered grill over hot direct heat, 55-60 min.
