Boil beets, cover until tender.
|
|
|
Allow to cool enought to handle and remove skins. If beets are small, leave whole; otherwise quarter or half. Place in clean pint jars.
|
|
|
Boil brine ingredients and pour over beets in pint jars 1/2 from rim.
|
|
|
Process 10 min. in hot water bath.
