     Creamed Potato Bake

Ingredients
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of potato soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Paprika
 

Instructions
Put frozen potatoes in 1 1/2 qt. microproof casserole. Cover & cook on Hi (max. power) for 5 mins. Stir remaining ingredients except paprika. Cover & cook on 70 (roast) for 12 to 14 mins. Sprinkle w/paprika. Cover & let stand for 5 mins. before serving. 6 servings.
