     Evil Butterscotch Cake

Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   None
Servings   8
Preptime   like 7 min...
  coffee/tea or cold milk

1 box of vanilla cake mix
1 box of instant (JellO) butterscotch pudding (not sugar free)
I usually get it at Walmart...the grocery store never has it.
2 cups of milk (2% or whole work best)
2 eggs
1/2 bag of Nestle/Toll House Butterscotch chips
Frosting of your choosing (vanilla or chocolate). Warm and drizzle.

Grease a 9x11 or 11x13 pan. Make the JellO pudding according to the package. The directions tell you to- Mix two cup of milk with the Jello pudding mix (using a wire whisk) for two minutes. Use a larger bowl so that you can fit the rest of the ingredients into it.
Add the vanilla cake mix and 2 eggs. Mix by hand for about 25-30 strokes. Until the elements are well combined, but the batter is lumpy. Pour into your greased pan.
Use a knife to spread the batter around the pan. Top with a 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips. NOTE- This recipe does not work if you try to use Chocolate chips instead of butterscotch chips...I have tried.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 15-30 min. Melt premade frosting of your choosing (it should be a thick liquid, not watery). Drizzle. You can also make your own drizzle with powdered sugar and milk. Enjoy. It's Dangerous!!
Serving Suggestions
You can alway top anything with vanilla ice cream.
