Grease a 9x11 or 11x13 pan. Make the JellO pudding according to the package. The directions tell you to- Mix two cup of milk with the Jello pudding mix (using a wire whisk) for two minutes. Use a larger bowl so that you can fit the rest of the ingredients into it.

Add the vanilla cake mix and 2 eggs. Mix by hand for about 25-30 strokes. Until the elements are well combined, but the batter is lumpy. Pour into your greased pan.

Use a knife to spread the batter around the pan. Top with a 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips.
NOTE- This recipe does not work if you try to use Chocolate chips instead of butterscotch chips...I have tried.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Allow cake to cool for 15-30 min. Melt premade frosting of your choosing (it should be a thick liquid, not watery). Drizzle. You can also make your own drizzle with powdered sugar and milk. Enjoy. It's Dangerous!!
