Heat enough oil in pan for funnel cakes to float up.
Mix first four ingredients together.
Use either a funnel or put batter into baggie and cut small hole in bottom corner. When grease is hot swirl batter into oil. Flip when golden brown. Take out when done and place on paper towel. Sprinkle powder sugar on cake and eat.
