     Orange Chicken with Vegtables

Ingredients
1 T ginger root
1 T garlic
some red chili peppers dry
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup water
1 t sesame oil
1 T corn starch
2 lbs chicken breast
1 1/2 T soy sauce
 
1 1/2 T water
5 T Brown sugar
5 T Vinegar
tempura batter
10 mushrooms
1 T orange rind grated

Instructions
cut the chicken into chunks and coat in the tempura batter. Fry the chicken until part way done and remove from the pan. Set aside. add the ginger, garlic, onion, carrots, and cook until soft. Throw in zuchini and let get soft, put in mushrooms, then add the orange sauce.
Combine water, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce together in a bowl and dump into the skillet with the veggies. Add the meat. and finish the cooking. When almost done add the grated orange rind and cook for two minutes. serve with white rice.
