     Saucy Steak Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 c. flour
1 T. oil
1 large onion chopped
2 potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 t. beef bouillon
 
1 t. salt
1/2 dried marjoram
1/4 t. black pepper
10 oz. pkg frozen Italian green beans
2 oz. jar sliced pimiento, drained
1 c. water

Instructions
Coat beef pieces with flour; pound into beef. Brown beef in oil in frying pan. Push beef to side; add onion and green pepper and cook until tender.
Combine water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, salt, marjoram, and pepper. Pour over beef and heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer until beef is tender, 75-90 minutes.
Rinse frozen beans under cold water to separate. Add potatoes, beans, and pimiento to skillet. Heat to boiling again and reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beans are tender, 10-15 min.
