     Haddock with sour cream sauce

Ingredients
2 lb. frozen haddock, thawed
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 t. pepper (black, white or cayenne)
1 T. white vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. celery salt
1 T. chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Place haddock in greased glass baking dish. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients except parsley; pour sauce over haddock. Sprinkle parsley over sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until haddock is done.
