bring sugar, oil, and corn syrup to a boil. reduce heat and continue to cook until all sugar is dissolved.
Tint the mix with the food coloring till the desired shade.

use the wooden spoon to carefully toss the popcorn and the sugar mix in bowl until evenly coated.
once its cooled add in M&M's - blend well with popcorn.

|
wash and then coat your hands with the butter. mold the mix into 10 softball sized balls. repeat as much as needed. set balls aside on wax paper.

|
|
Cut the cellophane into 20 x 20 inch squares. place each ball into the center of square gather each side and tie at the top with black ribbon.
Decorate the cellophane to look like jackolaterms - )
