2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Set aside until needed.
