     Carrot Cake

2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1 1/3 cup Oil
3 cups Finely Grated Carrots
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 stick Margarine, Softened
1 tsp Vanilla

Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil. Stir in grated carrots. Bake in 8x12 inch pan for 45 min at 350deg or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Blend icing ingredients and ice cooled cake.
