     Fluffy Banana Nut Pancakes

1 1/2c whole wheat flour
3 1/2t baking powder
1 t salt
1 T splenda
1 1/2 c fat free milk or soy milk
1/4 c egg beater
3 T melted smart balance butter
1 ripe banana, smashed
1/2 chopped walnuts

In a large bowl, mix dry (first 4) ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and mix until batter is smooth.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium high heat, spray with non-stick oil. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/3 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with sugar free syrup.
