1 cup sugar
|

2 Tbsp flour
|

2 - 20 oz cans chunk pineapple (drain and save 1 3/4 cup juice)

1/2 tsp. salt
|
|
2 eggs, beaten
|
|
1 Tbsp lemon juice
|
|
1/2 cup ACINI Di PEPE pasta. (Frog-eye pasta)
|
|
3 - 11 oz cans mandarin oranges
|
|
1 - 20 oz Cool Whip
|
|
|
|
1 cup coconut
|
|
1 cup miniature marshmallows
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix flour, salt, sugar, pineapple juice and beaten eggs. Cook until the mixture thickens. Cool. Add lemon juice.

Cook pasta, drain, and rinse in cold water.
|
|
|
Mix pasta with other ingredients. Add pineapple, oranges, coconut, and Cool Whip.
|
|
|
Place in large bowl and chill.
|
