     Crockpot Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients
6 pork chops
6 potatoes, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
cooking oil
 

Instructions
Brown pork chops well in thin layer of oil on stovetop over medium heat.
Lay pork chops in a layer on bottom of crockpot. Layer sliced potatoes on top. Layer onion on top. Pour cream soup over the top.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, or cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
We tried this in the dutchoven last time we went camping and loved it. To cook in dutchoven, brown pork chops in dutchoven and drain off excess oil. Simmer all ingredients with all coals under the dutch oven until potatoes are tender. Check after 20 minutes, then every 10 minutes.
