Asian Chicken Salad with lettuce wraps

2 tbsp soy sauce

3/4 cup Mae Ploy sauce

1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

1/3 cup rice vinegar
-
1/4 cup minced garlic
-
1/4 cup minced peeled fresh ginger

Iceberg lettuce leaves
-
Sweet and sour

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add the ground chicken and cook until brown. Add the soy sauce, Mae Ploy, sesame seeds, pine nuts, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger; cook one minute.
