Prepare garlic by smashing clove with flat side of knife, releasing flavor.
Add cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper into same blender and blend until there are no clumps. I perfer to start with medium high settings until it mixes, then slow to lower setting until no clumps are visible.
Add to a medium sauce pan on medium heat. 10 minutes should do it, and while it heats, dice and add parsley. Save a little for garnish if desired.
I have used lots of different pasta with this sauce, so feel free to explore and use your favorite. Plate pasta and pour sauce over middle of noodles.
Good with anything regular ol' alfredo sauce is used for.
