     Refrigerator Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups All Bran cereal
2 cups boiling water
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 heaping cup of Crisco solid
4 eggs
5 cups flour
2 tsp salt
5 tsp baking soda
1 quart buttermilk
 
4 cups Bran cereal

Instructions
Soak 2 cups All Bran cereal in 2 cups boiling water. Set aside.
Cream together 2 1/2 cups sugar and 1 heaping cup of Crisco solid.
Add 4 eggs,1 quart buttermilk,4 cups Bran flakes cereal,2 tsp salt, 5 tsp baking soda and 5 cups flour. Add this to the soaked All Bran cereal.
Store in covered jar in the refrigerator. This will keep for 3 months in the refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions
Total recipe makes 6-8 dozen muffins
