2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup minced fresh chives
2 cup good white wine
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 TBSP butter
3 egg yolks beaten
1 TBSP flour
1 cup chopped parsley

Place the garlic in the wine and let stand for about 1 hour. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and cook until dark brown, stirring constantly. Add chives, and rosemary. Stir in the wine mixture a little at a time and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool, then stir in the egg yolks and minced parsley. Ready to serve.
