     Soup; Corn Chowder

Ingredients
3 medium potatoes; peeled and cubed
1 cup cubed chorico
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp butter or margarine
2 tbs flour
2 cups water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes
12 oz can fat-free evaporated milk
15 oz can creamed corn
 
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat butter on med heat. Cook chorico until browned. Add pepper and celery; stir and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in flour. Gradually add broth, milk and corn.
Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes until potatoes tender.
