     Rhubarb Crisp - Microwave

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 cups rhubarb cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup sugar
1 small pkg of strawberry jello
1/2 cup flour
 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1.2 cup water

Instructions
Mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter in a large bowl until crumbly and set aside.
Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, cinnamon, jello and water in a 8x8 baking dish. Cook 3 minutes on medium, covered with plastic wrap.
Sprinkle topping evenly over rhubarb mixture. Do not cover. Cook 8 minutes on medium or until topping is crusty and rhubarb is tender.
