In a medium saucepan, heat milk, half-and-half and butter over medium heat just until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Gradually stir in 1 1/4 cup Parmesan. Cook and stir until cheese has melted.
Drain pasta and add to cheese mixture. Toss until well coated. Serve sprinkled with remaining Parmesan Cheese.
