Cook Bacon until crisp, remove.
Brown meat and onion together, drain fat.
Add tomatoe sauce and equal water.
Cook down (15 minutes).
Add corn and mushrooms.
Add macaroni, Cook.
Turn off heat and add cheese.
Stir to blend.
