Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   2
Preptime   10 min

Ingredients
2 (4 oz) fillets tilapia
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
2 Tbl mayonnaise
1/4 c sour cream
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbl chopped fresh dill

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking dish.
Season tilapia with salt, pepper and cajun seasoning on both sides. Arrange the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the baking dish. Place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets (2 lemon slices per piece so that it covers most of the surface of the fish).
Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
While fish is baking, mix together mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice & dill in small bowl. Serve with tilapia.
