Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top of mixture. Slice butter and dot over cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 50 minutes or until set in center. This is very tasty and a good alternative to pumpkin pie.
