Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup warm water in large bowl. Let stand 5 min. Stirr in eggs. Spread stuffing mixture evenly over chkn, to within 1/2 inch of outer edge. Roll up chkn from one short end to enclose stuffing mixture.
Place chkn rolls, seam side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and milk; pour over chkn.
Bake at 400 for about 30 min.
