     Fluffy Waffles

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
 

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a small mixing bowl beat egg yolk with a fork. Beat in milk and cooking oil. Add to flour mixture all at once. Stir until well blended but still slightly lumpy.
In small glass mixing bowl beat egg whites with mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold beaten egg whites into flour milk mixture, leaving a few fluffs of egg white. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Pour batter onto grids of a preheated lightly greased waffle baker. Close lid quickly, bake until golden brown. NUTRITION- 520 calories per serving
Serving Suggestions
Serve with syrup or your favorite toppings.
