|
Boil rice in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes. Don't drain.
|
|
|
Saute bacon pieces, onion and celery. Add this to the rice.
|
|
|
Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup
and water. Simmer 1/2 an hour.
|
|
|
Add 1 pint of half and half. Bring almost to a boil and serve.
