     Provencale Chicken Supper

Ingredients
4 (6 ounce) skinless chickn breast halves
2 teasponns dried basil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 (16 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pasta-style tomatoes, drained
 

Instructions
Place chicken in an electric slow cooker; sprinkle with basil, salt, and black pepper.
Add bell pepper, beans, an tomatoes. Cover with lid; cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours.
