Anchovy and Caper Sauce

Ingredients
-
1 large knob butter
-
2-4 shallots, thinly sliced
-
half tin (approx 8) anchovy fillets, chopped
-
1-2 tsp capers
-
1 glass dry white wine
-
squeeze lemon juice
 

Instructions
On medium-low heat, melt butter and fry shallots till starting to soften, add anchovies and capers. Cook on medium heat until shallots softened, add wine and bubble, reduce by half, season, add lemon juice and serve.
This sauce goes very well with grilled fish, pork chops, chicken breasts.
