     Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups shortening
2 1/2 cup margarine or butter
12 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
5 cups of packed brown sugar
2 1/2 cups of sugar
10 eggs
5 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
5 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate pieces
 
5 cups chopped walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts
Instructions
preheat oven to 375
in a mixing bowl beat the shortening and margarine or butter. add half of the flour, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda.
beat mixture till all combined. Then add all the other ingredients.
