     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag frozen hasbrowns, thawed and drained
2 tbls melted butter
3 eggs
4 cups shredded chees
1 cup cooked & chopped meat - bacon/ham/sausage
or 1 cup chopped veggies
salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Spread 1 Tbls melted better in bottom of pie pan. Press hashbrowns into pan. Drizzle remaining butter on top of hashbrowns. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Mix eggs, cheese and meat or veggies. Pour into baked hashbrown crust.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
Freezes Well. Reheat at 350 for 40 minutes
Serving Suggestions
For large groups, double the recipe and cook in 9x13 pan
