In a 2 quart microwave casserole combine the oil, garlic and onion. Cook
on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until the onion is tender. Add the remaining
ingredients. Cook on high for 8 to 12 minutes or until heated threw and
flavors are blended. Stirring once or twice.
Makes 2 cups.
