Put cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a saucepan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smoot. Pour over cereal and mix well. Press mixture into a buttered cookie sheet pan. Melt together chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread over top of cereal mixtre. Cool and cut into bars.
