     Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
2-3 lbs fresh broccoli
1TBSP margarine
water to cover
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup velvetta light cheese
 

Instructions
Chop broccoli. Remove any tough stalks and discard. Place chopped broccoli, margarine, and water to cover in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on High 1-2 hours. Add skim milk. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 cup Velveeta Light chees and continure cooking until cheese is melted into soup..
