Mix the olive oil, basil, garlic, vinegar, worchestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of it for after grilling. Pour the rest onto shrimp and toss to coat.
Let shrimp marinade for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Grill on medium high grill until the shrimp turns pink, about 2 to 3 minutes, flipping once.
Transfer cooked shrimp to a platter and drizzle with remaining marinade. This is a great summer appetizer.
