1/4 cup and 2 tbsp butter

2 8oz Cartons heavy cream

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup and 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions |

|
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
|

Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heat through.

Stir in parsley and serveover favorite noodles
|

Suggestions |
|
You may keep the sauce seperate from the linguini, however, i prefer to toss it all together and top with tomatoes and blackened chicken
